Makes about 2 cups
1 minced garlic clove
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS white vinegar
¾ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup bitter cream
¼ cup milk
2 TBS chopped chives
2 TBS chopped dill
2 TBS chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper
